Wine making: Harvested by hand in its perfect maturation during the cooler hours, the grapes were quickly carried to the winery. After a pre-fermentation maceration the grapes were softly pressed and fermented to a temperature of 12ºC to create this white wine.
It is a wine with personality.
Colour: Pale yellow color.
Aroma: With aroma of spring flowers, presents a very fresh bouquet with apricots, peaches, figs and honey , which expands in the mouth.
Palate: Shows enough body and some greasiness, with intense and subtly freshness acid.
