Type:  Manual harvest of 2 ha with 20 kgs boxes.

Fermentation: The grapes vinified in stainless steel tanks with alight maceration.
Stage: Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
Bottled: July 2013 - limited series with 2500 bottles.



Tasting notes

Colour: Grenate.
Fragrance: Aroma of various layers of fruit and some fresh mineral notes perfectly combined with the stage barrel.
Taste: In the mouth it comes full with guarded tannins and a long finale, guessing a favorable evolution in the coming years.
Alcohol Content: 14%
Recommended drinking temperature: 16/17 ºC.
