Grape varieties:  Antão Vaz,  Arinto and Verdelho

Soil: Schist in advanced metamorphosis stage

Harvest:  Early in the morning grapes are harvested by hand to small cases of 15 kg to preserve its freshness.

Vinification:  Partially fermented in new French oak barrels and the remainder is fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.


Tasting Notes

Colour: Well defined colour with slightly green tones.
Aroma: Citric aromas, exotic fruits and elegant spicy notes.
Taste: Complex flavour showing a body perfectly combined with a mineral freshness of great elegance.
