Aroma: Tropical aromas with notes of green apples.
Taste: Juicy and fresh at the same time.
Vinification: Handpicked grapes. Primary treatment by natural sedimentation. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tank. 1 Month full yeast contact.

Total acidity: 5.3 g/l
