Torre de Palma Rosé

Year: 2018

Grape varieties: Touriga Naciona, Aragonez e Tinta Miúda
Winemaking: During the harvest all the grapes are hand-picked and they are transported in small boxes to the cellar where they are stored in a cold chamber at 3ºC for 24h. Then they are selected and gently pressed in a pneumatic press to obtain a light pink colour. The grape must was decanted at cold temperature (10ºC) and fermented in concrete vats at controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine aged six months in stainless steel vats. 
 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Light pink color.
Aroma:  Fruity aroma with cherry and wild strawberry notes.
Palate: Excellent acidity that gives the wine great freshness.
