Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional e Tinta Miúda
Winemaking: Manual harvest with subsequent selection. After the destemmer, all the grapes go to the marble tanks where for traditional grape treading followed by alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. Half of the lot aged for 12 months in french oak barrels and the otehr half aged in concrete vats.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Very aromatic wine, with notes of red fruits (pomegranate) and wild mushroom.
Palate: On the palate it is elegant, with soft tannins. Lively and savoury finish.
