Designation: Regional Wine

Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional e Tinta Miúda
Winemaking: During the harvest all the grapes are hand-picked in boxes of 25kg. Then they are transported to the cellar where they are selected on the table of choise. The grapes go to the winepress where it is done a pre-fermentative maceration at temperature 12ºC followed by inoculation with selected yeasts. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine had 12 month of ageing in French oak barrels.


Tasting Notes

Colour: Concentrated ruby colour wine.
Aroma: In the nose it presents an aroma of black fresh wild berries, reveals to be very young with strong aromatic intensity. 
Palate: Where the red berries excel with subtle notes of toast. In the mouth appears to be round in an attractive way with tannins well balanced in a very elegant combination, culminating in a long and persistent ending. 



Alcohol: 14,5 % vol.
