Grape Varieties: Antão Vaz (20%) - Síria (40%) – Rabo-de-Ovelha (40%)

Vinification: Traditional winemaking process with fermentation in stainless steel vats with acontrolled temperature of 15º C.
Ageing: The wine ages in vats and was stabilized and filtered over the course of one year.

Tasting notes

Color: Crystal clear wine, with a straw colour.
Palate: Fresh, fruity and balanced in the palate.

Consumption: It can be drunk now or stored for 2 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable. Recommended serving temperature of 10º to 12º C.
Gastronomy: It goes very well with salads, seafood and fish.
