Vinification: Total de‐stemming before crushing; fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 25°C and 28°C
Ageing: 4 months in clay amphoraes of 140l

Total acidity: 4,7 g/l



Tasting Notes

Color: Purple
Aroma/Palate: Alive and mineral, with the taste of ripe fruit; balanced tannins and acidity, with prolonged after taste.
Gastronomy: It accompanies fine traditional cuisine and fish, rice, cheese and folders; talk well, taken alone, suitable drinking temperature 16°C.
