Grapes: Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with automatic stepping and maceration with variable duration, depending on the variety. Fermentation temperature is of 26ºC. Staged for 12 months on French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Colour: It presents an intense ruby colour.
Aroma: Flowery aromas with black fruits well married with spiced notes
Palate: Soft tannins and good acidity, which confers to it great longevity.
Service: Accompanies meat dishes and cheeses at the ideal temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
