Serros da Mina White

Grape varieties: Antão Vaz and Viognier

Vinification: Vinified wine in wine cellar and own vineyards surrounding the winery. After total stripping, crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and  light soaking.


 

Tasting Notes

Colour:  Wine of citrus color.
Aroma: With aromas of ripe tropical fruit in a slim and sleek style.
Palate: On the palate, the wine shows balance and freshness and a pleasant persistence.

Gastronomy: It combines well with white meat and fish  dishes.

Serving Temperature:  Serve between 10 º - 12 º C.
