Vinification: Vinified using carefully selected grapes Terroir in Alentejo, we make this wine young and fresh. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats, with strict control of temperature (15 ° C). Using the most advanced techniques of harvesting, following step by step through all stages of the process since the grape to bottle and finely to you.
Colour: Citrus colour, with limpid and bright appearance.
Arome: Intense aroma of tropical fruit.
Mouth: Elegante, fresh and soft. Confirms all the aromatic exuberance felt in the nose. Good persistance aftertaste.
Conservation: Laying a constant temperature of 17ºC.
Consumption: Immediate or during the next 3 years at a temperature between 8 - 10ºC.
Gastronomy: Due to its elegance and smoothness, makes perfect duet with seafood and fish dishes, salads and can also be served as appetizer.
