Grapes: 40% Trincadeira, 25% Alicante Bouschet, 20% Aragonez & 15% Syrah
Soils: Red limestone soils.
Climate: With continental influence hot and very dry summers.
Vinification: The grapes are 100% destemmed; 2 days cold soak; alcoholic fermentation begins at 20⁰C and ends at 25⁰C.
Winemaker: Paolo Nigra

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Ruby colour.
Aroma: Warm and fruity aroma.
Palate: Intense flavour, soft and with balanced tannins.
