Vinification: This wine was vinified using the traditional method of fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperatures, followed by short ageing in French and American oak.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Intense garnet colour.
Aroma: Lively and very aromatic.
Palate: On the palate, very prominent red fruits and soft tannins from the wood. Very persistent but smooth finish.
How to Serve: It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Excellent accompaniment for meat, pastas and pizzas.
