Region: Alentejo
Grapes: 45% Arinto, 35% Antão Vaz & 20% Verdelho
Soils: Red limestone soils.
Climate: With continental influence hot and very dry summers.
Vinification: Grapes pressed by pneumatic press; 48h cold settling; alcoholic fermentation between 13º to 15 ° C.
Winemaker: Paolo Nigra

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Open colour, with clear and shiny citrine sugestions. 
Aroma: Very expressive aroma, wit a strong tropical profile wich creates immediate empathy. Citric notes of clementine, lime and some floral complete the bouquet.
Palate: In the mouth it's light, fluid, with tasteful fruit and extremely cativating.
