Grape varieties: Antão Vaz (60%) – Arinto (40%)
Apellation: DOC Alentejo
Vinification: Manual harvesting of selected plots, gentle pressing, followed by static clarification at 10ºC for 48h. Partial fermentation in stainless steel tank at 14ºC, followed by passage to barrel of part of the batch.
Aging: After batonnage for 4 months, the final batch is made and bottled, fulfilling a minimum of 2 months of bottle aging.
Color: Wine of crystalline aspect, straw yellow color with some greenish hues.
Aroma: Tropical fruit aroma with some citrus, vanilla and coconut notes.
Mouth: In the mouth has good volume, excellent freshness and a long finish.
Consumption: This wine can be consumed immediately at a temperature of 12ºC or you can let it age for 2 to 3 years.
Gastronomy: Baked fish, cod dishes, white meat and some cheese and sausages.
Alcoholic degree: 13,5% vol.
Total Acidity: 6.1 g/l
Reducing Sugars: 1,5g/l
