Classification: Alentejano Regional Wine

Varieties: Trincadeira, Aragonez and Castelão.

Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Stored bottles: 1.750.000 units



Tasting Notes 

Colour: Rubicolour.
Aroma: Red fruits aroma.
Palate: Very smooth and rounded tannins.

Production: Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24º C.

Expected Longevity: 2-3 years

Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 18º C.

Total acidity: 5,2g/L tartaric
pH: 3,65
Residual sugar: 0,3g/L

 

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
