Harvest: By hand to small cases of 15 kg
Vinification: Part of the harvest is foot trodden in marble lagares (troughs) and the remainder fermented in stainless steel tanks using temperature control.
Ageing: 12 months in new French oak half barrels
Colour: Deep in colour.
Aroma: Enormous concentration of aromas. Notes of red fruits, potent and elegant.
Taste: Solid, vigorous, with compact and well integrated tannis. Long and distinct finish.
