Tasting Notes

Colour: Intense garnet.
Aroma: Ripe red berry fruits with hints of resin and violet.
Palate: Soft and balanced, confirming the berry fruit, firm tannins and very persistent finish.
Gastronomy: Red meat, game and light cheeses, best served at 18º.
