Colour: Citrine.
Aroma: Fruity aroma, with tropical.
Paladar: Fruity, slightly acidic and with a stimulating finish.
Gastronomy: Ideal with tapas before meals, fish dishes, seafood and light cheeses. Recommended temperature of 13°C.
