This wine is the result of my incessant search for very old vines in Serra de São Mamede, 700 meters above sea level. I have been recovering them over the years.
It was aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels brought from Burgundy, to preserve the vineyard's identity.

Tasting Notes
In the nose it shows citrus and dry straw hints. Mineral and very elegant, it offers an enormous complexity of aromas proving to be complex, concentrated and with a firm acidity and tense finish.
