Tasting notes

Colour: Rosy colour.
Aroma: Fruited aroma with candy and currant flavours.
Palate: A light and fresh taste.
Production: Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12º C.
Expected longevity: 1 to 2 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 8º C.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
