Varieties: Aragonez and Castelão
Soil Types:  Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting notes

Colour: It has an accentuated rosy colour.
Aroma: An intense fruited aroma.
Palate: A light and fresh taste.
Production: Traditional maceration , followed by low temperature fermentation at 12ºC.
Expected longevity: 1 to 2 years
Serving: It should be opened some time before serving, at a temperature of 8ºC, accompanying fish and seafood dishes.


Alcohol strength: 12,5% b/v,
Total acidity: 5,5g/L tartaric
pH: 3,5,
Residual sugar: 7g/L
Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
