Varieties: Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouchet
Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Intense ruby colour.
Aroma: Red fruits aroma with hints of vanilla.
Palate: Full-bodied and velvety.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24º C, followed by a stage of 6 months in french oak.
Expected Longevity: 3-4 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 16º-18º C.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
