Tasting notes

Colour: It has an intense ruby color.
Aroma: An aroma of  red fruits with hints of vanilla
Palate: There is a full-bodied velvety flavour.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24º C, followed by a stage of 6 months in french oak barrels.
Expected Longevity: 3-5 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 16º - 18º C.

Residual sugar: 0,6g/

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
