Varieties: Trincadeira, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon
Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting notes

Colour: It has an intense ruby color.
Aroma: An aroma of  red fruits with hints of vanilla
Palate: There is a full-bodied velvety flavour.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30ºC followed by a stay of 12 months in new French oak barrels.
Expected Longevity: 3-5 years
Serving: It should be opened and decanted at least two hours before serving it, at a temperature of 18ºC, as an accompaniment to game, read meats and chesses.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
