Tasting Notes

Colour: It has a citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: An intense fruity aroma.
Palate: A light and fresh taste with some wood notes.
Production: Fernão Pires and Arinto ferment in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature of 17º C. Semillon ferments in french oak at a temperature of 17º C.
Expected Longevity: 1-3 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature of 8 º C.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
