Varieties: Trincadeira, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Castelão.
Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting notes

Colour: Strong ruby colour.
Aroma: Red fruit aroma and jam.
Palate: Rounded and velvety flavour.
Production: Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24º C
Expected Longevity: 2-3 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 16º - 18º C.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
