Technical Information

Date: Nocturnal in the end of August 2014
Type:  Mechanical harvest using plastic containers.
Fermentation: The grapes vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
Stage: Aged in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 8°C until bottling.

Tasting notes

Colour: Citrine-coloured wine.
Aroma: Boasting aromas of fresh tropical fruits, with a mineral note and a hint of citrus..
Taste:  It feels soft when in the mouth, with a sharp freshness which gives it depth and persistence. 
Alcohol Content: 13%
Recommended drinking temperature: 10 ºC.
