Aroma: Dominating fruit flavors, dark chocolate, tobacco and slight toast notes. Intense aromas of heart cherry and dark cherry.
Palate: On the palate it is well structured and elegant with a nice volume and a persisting fruity finish.

Winemaking: The grapes were cooled down over night and then slowly fermented within 15 days in traditional lagars. An extremely careful procedure for the grapes, due to the lack of mechanical influences.

Ageing: Maturation for 12 months in French oak barriques.

Longevity: This wine is served at its best from now untill 2019.
