Aroma: Intense and fruity aromas, vivid red fruits;
Flavour: Soft and velvet feeling. Well structured, the tannins and the acidity are well blended with the abundant fruit. Perfect to pair with food dishes based on meat, sausages and cheese. It is also very nice to taste it with small dishes of “Tapas” or just by it self.
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 14ªC and 16ºC. It should be stored horizontally in a dry and cool spot.
