Originating from a vineyard located on the foothills of the Sousel mountain range (Alentejo – Portugal), the grapes were produced under strict control of maturation and, after a selective manual harvesting into 13 kg boxes, were immediately transported to the winery, where, after gentle pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15°C.
Grape varieties: A complex blend of autochthonous Portuguese grapes: Arinto (30%), Síria (30%), Antão Vaz (20%), Fernão Pires (20%).
Colour: It displays a beautiful citrus hue, with hints of light yellow.
Aroma: The nose reveals aromas of tropical fruits and mineral notes.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is fresh, elegant, mineral, with good acidity, and fruit showing very clearly, finishing smoothly with medium persistence.
