Pausa White

Originating from a vineyard located on the foothills of the Sousel mountain range (Alentejo – Portugal), the grapes were produced under strict control of maturation and, after a selective manual harvesting into 13 kg boxes, were immediately transported to the winery, where, after gentle pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15°C.

Grape varieties: A complex blend of autochthonous Portuguese grapes: Arinto (30%), Síria (30%), Antão Vaz (20%), Fernão Pires (20%).
