Vinification: Traditional winemaking process with fermentation in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of 28º C.
Ageing: The wine ages in vats and was stabilized and filtered over the course of one year.
Tasting notes
Color: This wine presents a crystal clear garnet colour.
Aroma: Nose full of ripe fruit.
Palate: Mellow and medium bodied on the palate.
Consumption: It can be drunk now or stored for 2 to 3 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable. Recommended serving temperature: 14º to 16º C.
Gastronomy: This wine can be paired with roast meats and cheeses.
