Region: Montargil, Alentejo
Winemaker: Susana Esteban
Grape Varieties: 50% Antão Vaz, 30% Arinto, 20% Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinification: The clusters were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery. After destemming and gently pressing the grapes, a slowly fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.

Residual sugar: 0,4 g/L

Aroma: This blend opens with aromas of fresh white and tropical fruit.
