Technical information

Grape Varieties: Arinto
Vinification: The grapes, harvested manually during the night, and before passing through a gentle pressing, remain 36 hours in a cold room to enhance aromas and flavors and prevent oxidation. Fermentation of tear dropper for 3 weeks at 12º of temperature, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle and a 12-month cellar at controled temperature.


Tasting Notes

Colour: Citric color.
Aroma: It reveals a fine and persistent bubble, with aromas to remember nuts and some lime.
Palate: Delicate, denotes freshness and persistent finish. Elegant and harmonious.
Suggestions for consumption: Nuts. Grilled sole. Service temperature is recommended between 6-8 ° C.
