Tasting Notes

Aspect: Crystalline.
Colour: Citrine with abundant greenish tones.
Aroma: Predominating in floral notes such as, lime and orange. It has also tropical and exotic nuances.
Palate: Fruity fresh, enjoyable mouth volume, harmonious with good persistence.

Serving suggestions: Ideal with dishes of Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine. Should be served at 8°C.
