Grape Varieties: Syrah - Touriga Nacional
Vinification: The grapes coming from the manual harvest of our associates are discharged and immediately destemed and crushed. After 48 hours of maceration at low temperature, the fermentation begins controlled temperature (23-26ºC) and lasts
for 15 days using pumping mixed with a few delestages.
Ageing: Aged in second use french oak barrels for 9 months. After bottling the wine rests in bottle from 3 to 6 months.
Tasting notes
Color: Wine with deep ruby color.
Aroma: Floral aroma suggesting orange flower, integrated with notes of black fruits and spices.
Palate: Soft, complex and intense, in an elegant set with excellent persistence.
Consumption: This wine can be drunk immediately or, if you prefer, you can let it age 5 to 7 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º C to 18º C.
Gastronomy: It accompanies well red meat dishes, game, pates Alentejo pork dishes and cured cheese.
