Vinification: The grapes of the Semillon variety were carefully selected and harvested late, in December, causing a huge concentration of sugars in the berries. They were transported in small boxes to the cellar, then pressed and the obtained tear must was decanted and fermented in small stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Color: In yellow color with golden glaze.
Aroma: With citrus aromas and candied fruits wrapped in notes of honey and cinnamon.
Palate: The mouth is marked by greasiness, complexity and elegance in a fresh and persistent set.
Gastronomy: Accompany it with entrees based on pates and foie gras. It is still the perfect combination with some desserts.
Alcoholic degree: 13 % vol.
