Grape varieties: Arinto, Perrum, Rabo de Ovelha, Síria and  Antão Vaz

Soils: Predominantly deriving from eruptive rocks highlighting the Quartz Diorites, some hints of derivatives of Schist and a slight hint with soils deriving from Ranas.


Tasting Notes

Colour: Wine which is crystalline in appearance, citrine colour.
Aroma: Intense, fruity aroma, fine and elegant.
Paladar: In the mouth it is smooth and fresh with great smoothness and complexity. The final olfactive taste is one of great harmony, denoting its constituent grape varieties.

Ageing and Consumption: It should be drunk immediately at a temperature of 12ºC.

Gastronomy: Accompanies salads, seafood, fish dishes and white meats
