Grape Varieties: 50% Aragonez (Tempranilho), 40% Touriga Nacional and 10% Tinta Barroca

Soil type: Residual granite and metamorphic sedimentary soils

Tasting Notes

Colour: This wine presents itself in a deep, dark garnet colour.
Aroma: The nose is expressive with concentrated wild fruits, spices and fine wood.
Palata: On the palate it is powerful, full bodied and masculine with a long and persisting finish.

Winemaking: Fermentation in the vinimatic and in horizontal stainless steel rotofermenters.

Ageing: 9 months ageing in French barriques.

Longevity: This wine is served at its best from now untill 2018.
