Classification: DOC Alentejo
Grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Touriga Nacional e Aragonez
Soils: Mediterranean shale brown.
Vinification: Manual harvesting. The grapes are de-stemmed, gently crushed, and then cooled inside the vat at 10 ° C. They rest for 8 hours, for greater extraction of the film's aromas without necessarily extracting too much anthocyanins and tannins. Subsequently, the must obtained before pressing is clarified and fermented at controlled temperature.



Alcohol: 11,5% vol.
Total acidity: 6,9 g/l


Tasting Notes

Colour: Clear appearance, with a fine and persistent bubble.  
Aroma: Complex with notes of citrus fruits and biscuits.
Palate: In the mouth reveals elegance and freshness, with a dry and long finish, which in the whole translates harmoniously.
