Varieties: Fernão Pires, Roupeiro and Verdelho.
Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Citric yellow colour.
Aroma: Intense fruit aroma.
Palate: Persistent and well balanced taste.
Production: ermented in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled temperature of 16º C.
Expected Longevity: 2-3 years
Serving: Should be served at a temperature of 8º C.

Total acidity: 5,4g/L tartaric
pH: 3,34
Residual sugar: 0,2g/L

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
