Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Ruby colour.
Aroma: Red fruit aroma.
Palate: Consistent, well balanced flavor.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24º C.
Expected Longevity: 2-3 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 16º - 18º C.

Total acidity: 5,2g/L tartaric
pH: 3,65
Residual sugar: 0,3g/L

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
