Maré Viva Premium Red

 

Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet

Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: It has an intense ruby color.
Aroma: A red fruits aroma, with hints of berries.
Palate: Smooth but complex with round and persistent taste.

Production: Fermented in stainless steel vats, with a controlled fermentation temperature of 30ºC followed by a stay of 6 months in new French oak barrels.

Expected Longevity: 5 years

Serving: It should be opened and decanted at least two hours before serving it, at a temperature of 18ºC, as an accompaniment to game, read meats and chesses.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%
