Tasting Notes

Wine with golden citric color, tremendous elegance in the nose, huge complexity well married with a good freshness. Hints of peach and white flowers, well married with wood, where aged and fermented. Elegant and seductive in the mouth, with a long and very pleasant finish.

Volatile Acidity: 0,37 g/L
pH: 3,46

Consumption: This Wine will be a perfect companion for Top Fish, Grilled Lobster, Traditional Alentejo Gastronomy and Cured Smooth Cheese. Must be served at 8ºC.
