Tasting Notes

Intense ruby color, aromas of mineral profile (grafite) and hints of mint with blackcurrant and dark chocolat. Excelent volume and soft tannins in the mouth, well integrated on the wine structure, giving it a long and persistente finish.

Volatile Acidity: 0,49 g/L
pH: 3,55

Consumption: PPerfect companion for Traditional Alentejo Gastronomy, in particular Grilled Black Pig. Mus be served at 16ºC.
