Tasting Notes

Vinified in Wooden Vats with post fernentation maceration aged around 14 months on New French oak barrels. Shows well defined and intense aroma with hints of mint and nuances of black chocolat and eucaliptus. Live and fresh mouth well married with powerfull tannins on a very long and intense finish

Volatile Acidity: 0,37 g/L
pH: 3,44

Consumption: This Wine will be a perfect match for Game and Roasted Meats showing a tremendous ageing capacity. Must
be served at 16 ºC.
