Tasting Notes

Citrus color, defined aromas with predominance of yellow pulp fruits, with nuances of dry powder. Mouth with excellent freshness and noticeable volume, balanced acidity and well integrated, providing intense finish and fine cut.

Consumption: Perfect Company for Shrimp Salads or Salmon. Beautifully accompanies fish dishes. Should be served cold between 6º- 8ºC.
