Tasting Notes

Appearance: Clear.
Colour: Intense garnet with violet hues.
Aroma: Predominant in red fruit and ripe wild berries, subtle notes of toast
Flavour: Fruity, soft, well structured, harmonious and elegant finish.

Winemaking: Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF.

Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
