Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting notes

Colour: Intense ruby colour.
Aroma: Wild fruit and jam aromas.
Palate: Rounded and velvety flavour.
Production: Fermented in stainless steel thanks at a controlled temperature of 15º C.
Expected Longevity: 3 years
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 16º - 18º C.

Total acidity: 5,5g/L tartaric
pH: 3,67
Residual sugar: 0,3g/L

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
