Varieties: Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet.

Soil Types: Mainly granite, but can also be found in chalky, clay and schistose soils.

Tasting notes

Colour: Accentuated ruby colour.
Aroma: Notes of berries and fruit aroma.
Palate: Also a rounded velvety flavour.
Production: Traditional maceration with grape skins at a controlled temperature of 30ºC.
Expected Longevity: 3 years
Serving: It should be opened some time before serving, at a temperature of 18ºC, as an accompaniment to meats dishes.

pH: 0,5,
Residual sugar: 2,5g/L
Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, well aired place at between 12 and 13ºC and at a relative humidity of around 60%.
